A few instructions for my care and maintenance 

All our boards are made from natural reclaimed wood, no one piece is ever the same.

A little soap and warm water to clean me and towel dry immediately or allow to air dry.

Please do not soak me in water.

Never put me in the dishwasher

I can be periodically oiled with food grade mineral oil or cooking oil - fortnightly / monthly depending on use. Apply oil using a paper towel or cloth. 
Leave for half an hour for oil to absorb and then clean me with paper towel or cloth to remove excess oil left. 

Please do not expose me to extreme heat.

My surface can be fully restored by giving me a sand with very fine (320 grit or smoother) sandpaper and re-oiled. You can also occasionally sprinkle regular salt or baking soda over me and rub the board with a slice of lemon then rinse well. This will help to clean and neutrislise any odour.
